The First 40.7 is a Farr Yacht Design and is a proven race yacht having won all of the major 'round the cans' and offshore regattas worldwide. The 40.7 is a yacht with very clean lines, a sleek hull and a high aspect ratio rig. For racing helmsmen love the sensitivity of the big wheel with its pyramid pedestal and  the double wave seat. Everyone loves the cockpit design, the removable lockers, the clever deck layout with optimum genoa sheeting angles.

In 2006 Lady V competed in the Rolex Middle Sea Race around Sicily where she was the 1st 40.7, 2nd in IRC 2A, 5th overall IRC and 4th overall IMS. She is available for charter during the racing season 2010.
